Le Dix-Sept Pâtisserie was created by Bay Area native, Michelle Hernandez. Michelle’s creations are inspired by her years living and training in France. She believes that beauty can be found in the quotidienne and that we should take time to celebrate every day. Michelle works to develop her creativity daily in order to achieve her purpose—to spread love through thoughtful, soulfully crafted pastry and confections.
Le Dix-Sept Nougat is handmade with the finest ingredients including 70% Dandelion chocolate. Enjoy this creation as you would any confection. Or, mindfully cut the bar into cubes or slices for a cheese plate accompaniment. Complementary cheeses are Manchego and Stilton blue cheese, which combine well with the complex flavors of the nougat.
