These beans come from Maya Mountain Cacao, Ltd., a social enterprise in southern Belize. In our roast, we taste ripe pineapple, chocolate undertones, with peaches and cream at the finish. Keep in mind that unroasted beans are a contamination hazard, and it’s important to follow the recommendations on the bags for how to properly handle them when making your chocolate at home.
