Join us at our 16th Street Factory Location for a lively tour of our active bean-to-bar chocolate factory. Our tours feature a guided walk-through of our chocolate-making process (and plenty of samples!). We talk about sourcing from various cocoa origins and share info about cacao trees, then taste our way through fresh cacao pods, roasted cocoa beans, molten chocolate, and finally finished single-origin chocolate bars.
On weekdays until 5 p.m., our chocolate makers are at full steam, and you’re likely to see beans roasting and our team in action. Over the weekend, we have the factory to ourselves, so we can dive deeper into chocolate history and our entire production process. Both tour versions include lots of chocolate tasting.
