For their 2024 Advent Calendar confection, Houston-based Cacao & Cardamom adapted one of their most popular Valentine’s Day flavors: Raspberry Pistachio. A buttery pistachio ganache sits between a crunchy pistachio-praliné base and a tart, jammy raspberry pâte de fruit. All three are stacked and coated in a thin shell of our classically chocolatey 70% House Blend chocolate. This special mini-collection contains five bonbons.

Named one of America’s most promising and talented hospitality leaders, founder Annie Rupani is a Houston, Texas-based chocolate artist who graduated from Boston University with a degree in anthropology and religion. She studied abroad in London and Amman, and traveled to Pakistan, Italy, Greece, Egypt, and China, then settled for a time in Malaysia, where she attended pastry school. We taste Annie’s love of the spices, flavors, and people of the world with each transformative chocolate bite.
