Seiji at Dandelion Chocolate Japan collaborated with Sueki Ceramics to make these wares for their café and factory in Kuramae. The ceramics themselves come from Otai, a village with the oldest pottery tradition in Tokushima prefecture, Japan, and the place where our partner Seiji spent his childhood.

Because they are made with tightly packed porcelain soil, the texture of these ceramics will evolve with use. They are thick, durable, and made to be loved forever. In the final production stage, Sueki and Dandelion Chocolate’s logo were individually engraved by hand on the bottom of each ware.

Use this small square dish for delicate snacks or as a coaster with any of the Sueki ceramic cups.
