notes from the maker

“For some, 85% cocoa can be a bit harsh on the palate; however, in this case, we were able to appreciate a significant decrease in this effect, something that truly surprised us. Pairing this chocolate bar with strawberries, cheeses, and red wine would taste fabulous!”
