Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary; ships within 3 business days with estimated arrival times of 1-3 days; some destinations may be eligible for Sunday delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: orders are moved to the front of our fulfillment queue; we then ship using faster delivery services to help ensure arrival times within 1–2 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Includes Saturday delivery.
Once your order departs our factory, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please note, arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Order Processing Time
If you select standard shipping please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it leaves our warehouse. Our daily cut-off for Expedited shipments is 12 noon, Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. Depending on weather conditions, we may not ship orders on Fridays to prevent weekend holdovers.
Order Processing Times during the Holidays
Processing time may extend during high-volume periods, including holidays like Christmas (November through December), Valentine’s Day (February), and Easter (March through April).
Warm-Weather Shipments
During warm weather, we will pack your chocolate with ice and insulated packaging at no additional cost to prevent melting.
Exchanges and Returns
We don't offer exchanges or returns for perishable food items. If your order arrives melted or spoiled, we'll gladly provide a replacement. As our products are made in limited batches, delays may occur based on our production schedule, and we will notify you in advance if that happens.
Shipments Returned Due to Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including any suite or apartment numbers. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the guest, the following applies:
- Re-shipment Fee: A $15 fee will be charged for re-shipping the order to the corrected address.
- No Responsibility for Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
