Accessibility

Accessibility is important to us, and Dandelion Chocolate is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for all guests, including people with disabilities.

Our goal is for everyone to be able to explore our chocolate, place orders, learn about our producers, book experiences, and find information about our cafés and factory with as few barriers as possible.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as a guide for improving the accessibility and usability of our website. We conduct periodic accessibility reviews, including automated checks and manual review where appropriate, and we continue to look for ways to improve the experience for guests using assistive technologies, screen readers, keyboard navigation, mobile devices, and other tools.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas of the site, including third-party tools, embedded content, or linked services, may be outside our direct control or may present accessibility challenges. We take accessibility concerns seriously and make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an accessible alternative when feasible.

During normal business hours, our team can also assist by phone with placing orders, learning about our products and producers, booking experiences, or accessing information from the website.

Contact Us

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or if you have a suggestion for how we can improve, please contact us:

Email: accessibility@dandelionchocolate.com

Phone: +1 (415) 349-0942

To help us respond effectively, please include the URL of the page, a brief description of the issue, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant.

We review accessibility feedback and aim to respond within 10 business days. When we confirm an accessibility issue, we make reasonable efforts to address it or provide the relevant information, product, or service through an accessible alternative as promptly as reasonably possible.

Because websites, third-party tools, browsers, and assistive technologies change over time, accessibility is an ongoing effort. We cannot guarantee that every part of the website will work perfectly for every user or every assistive technology, but we take accessibility concerns seriously. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us so we can review the issue and make reasonable efforts to address it or provide the relevant information, product, or service through an accessible alternative.

Thank you for helping us improve.
