How far in advance do I need to place my order to ensure that my gifts arrive on time?


For express gifting, you have the option to choose a future shipping week or have us ship your gifts immediately. Please note that immediate shipping includes a 1-3 day processing time before the gifts leave our warehouse.


For bespoke projects, please allow 4-6 weeks for the design, printing, and assembly process. While we guarantee an outbound shipping date, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the unpredictable nature of holiday shipping. Rush and expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Can I include a gift note for each recipient?

Yes! You can add a personalized gift note, printed on premium paper and enclosed in an envelope, for $2 per recipient. Your name will always be present on the packing slip as well.

May I request a product sample for bespoke orders?

We provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. You may also request a physical sample for a fee. Please allow extra time for the production and shipping of physical samples.

How do I make a payment?

Please provide payment details before shipping or pickup. We accept payments by credit card, ACH, or check. If paying by check, please allow additional time for processing.

Can I get a custom project done in less than 4 weeks?

As a bean-to-bar chocolate factory with in-house chocolate making, baking, design, and printing, we can accommodate select custom projects on a shorter timeline. If you have a specific idea and are short on time, we will do our best to prioritize your project. Rush fees may apply.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status and estimated arrival time.

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

What happens if my gift arrives melted?

We have a no-melt guarantee which means if any of your gifts arrive melted, we will happily send a replacement.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies in your gifts?

We offer a range of products that can accommodate common dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or nut-free options. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and ensure the best selection for your recipients.
