Our Spring Celebration Cake embraces late winter citrus, while looking ahead to spring’s berries. Rich, moist, classic chocolate cake is generously layered with creamy 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate ganache; tangy, house-made yuzu curd; and silky strawberry cream — then finished with tart yuzu buttercream, and organic seasonal flowers.
