GUIDED WALK

Walk through our historic brick 16th Street factory with an expert Chocolate Educator: View our entire production line, and enjoy plenty of samples, from fresh cacao pulp to finished chocolate. Machines may or may not be running during your visit, and you are always sure to catch the aroma of freshly roasted cocoa beans and chocolate. In many cases, we will have the factory to ourselves; we'll dive deeper into chocolate history, as well as our own sourcing and production processes. Either way, expect lots of chocolate to taste along the way.

Please anticipate high levels of noise at certain parts of the tour when visiting during operating hours. Ear plugs are provided upon request.

November 13th at 5:30 and 8 PM

In collaboration with Tertulia Chamber Music, we welcome acclaimed cellist and newly appointed Artistic Director of Tertulia NYC, Saeunn Thorsteinsdottir, for an evening of curated cello works, improvised soundscapes, and intimate oboe duos. Known for her imaginative programming and expressive artistry, Thorsteinsdottir creates a one-of-a-kind performance that blends classical repertoire with spontaneous musical dialogues, offering audiences a rare chance to experience both precision and play.

Throughout the program, guests will enjoy tastes of our single-origin dark chocolate, a selection of curated desserts, rich hot chocolate, and more—each thoughtfully chosen to complement the evening’s music. This multi-sensory event invites you to savor the interplay of sound and flavor, where music and chocolate meet in harmony.

Note: Pairings may include nuts, dairy, and gluten. We are unable to make substitutions.

Showings

saturday, november 15th at 4 PM and 8 PM

It’s no secret that we love movies at Dandelion, and what’s better than dinner and a movie? Join us for a delicious evening celebrating food on film like no other: 1996’s star-studded Big Night. We’ll kick things off with bubbles and bites before sitting down to a Big Night–inspired seasonal menu from A16 Chef Yosuke Machida and Pastry Chef Charlie Guyard.

La Cocina chefs will serve small dishes of their own, and Kitty Oestlien of Tansy Wines will pour a few beautiful Italian options alongside beer pairings (included with your ticket). Our own Chef Stephen Durfee will take care of dessert—and we’ll unveil a secret hot chocolate flavor available only at this event.

We’ll also be collecting pantry items and donations for the SF-Marin Food Bank.

Note: This seated, family-style dinner cannot accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.
