Our crowd-pleasing Banana Cream Pie features all the classic elements you love — with a Dandelion twist: lush pastry cream, tender bananas, and light-as-air whipped cream, enriched by three forms of Dandelion chocolate. We crush house-made graham crackers into a crisp cookie base, then line the crust with velvety 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate ganache, before layering in delicate chocolate pastry cream and sliced fresh bananas. Finished with ribbons of cocoa nib-infused whipped cream and touches of silky rum caramel, the whole pie is garnished with chocolate shavings, for a festive, any-occasion presentation.
These pies are made to order, and require 48-hour advance ordering (for pickup Monday through Friday).
This nine-inch pie serves eight to 10, and is best enjoyed within two to three days. Keep refrigerated until serving.
