Mimicking the appearance of a farm-fresh egg both inside and out, this hand-crafted Easter sweet is bound by a shell of our classically chocolatey 70% House Blend chocolate, coated in naturally colored cocoa butter for an eggshell-like finish.

Inside the Egg, luscious Maya Mountain, Belize chocolate ganache fills the base; while at center, fluffy vanilla marshmallow encases a rich caramel yolk. The playfully presented layers of flavor recall springtime childhood confections.

Head Chocolatier Nicholas Bonamico, with Sous Chef Dillon Zell, runs Dandelion’s Confections program; their small team produces our Single-Origin Truffle Collection, Single-Origin Chocolate Nut Spreads, and seasonal confections by hand.
