Master Chocolatier Håkan Mårtensson has been a standout in our Advent calendar for years, thanks to his dramatic, exploding liquid-filled bonbons that frequently surprise our palates. For this limited-edition drop, we partnered with him on Midnight Sun, a small-batch tropical collection that pairs bright, tangy fruits like calamansi, soursop, and passion fruit with warm Swedish accents and our rich Camino Verde chocolate.

A COLLABORATION WITH HÅKAN CHOCOLATIER
Håkan Mårtensson crafts chocolates and confections featuring a distinctly Nordic bite, using hard-to-find and uniquely sourced ingredients, while balancing salty and sweet, bitter and sour, and rough and sophisticated flavors. Drawing upon his background as a sculptor, Mårtensson’s chocolate speakeasy in Beacon, New York, offers a wide selection of the chocolatier’s sculptural creations, including elegant bonbons and exquisite chocolate tablets.
