Classic Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate cake is layered with creamy, ginger-scented chocolate ganache topped with a pistachio-chocolate streusel. The cake’s center layer is generously spread with silky, pistachio-praline buttercream: Italian meringue and house-made pistachio praline folded into rich buttercream, for a light but sumptuous frosting. More pistachio-praline buttercream finishes the entire cake.
