Silky Pistachio Praline Cake

Autumn is a time for warmth and spices. Our Silky Pistachio Praline Cake offers rich toasted pistachios and scents of lemon zest, cinnamon, and cooked sugar. Classic Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate cake is layered with creamy, ginger-scented chocolate ganache topped with a pistachio-chocolate streusel. The cake’s center layer is generously spread with silky, pistachio-praline buttercream: Italian meringue and house-made pistachio praline folded into rich buttercream, for a light but sumptuous frosting. More pistachio-praline buttercream finishes the entire cake.

How to Order for Pickup

  1. At checkout choose your desired pickup date and time.
  2. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to pickup with more information about where to go and where to park.
  3. Stop by our café at our 16th Street Factory in the Mission District and pick up your order.

Chocolate Cake:

organic all-purpose flour, cornstarch, 100% chocolate (cocoa beans from Camino Verde, Ecuador), organic cane sugar, salt, butter, pistachios, cinnamon, lemon

Made in a facility that processes eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat.

Storage instructions:

Keep refrigerated, bring to room temperature about 20-30 minutes before consuming.  This 6-inch cake serves 8 to 10, and is best enjoyed within 3-4 days from pickup.
