Since our earliest days, our house-made hot chocolate has been a café favorite. We craft our new Single-Origin Hot Chocolate Mixes from our original café recipe, using only two ingredients (just as we make our chocolate bars): well-fermented, carefully roasted cocoa beans, and organic cane sugar. To allow the beans’ unique tasting notes to shine, we don't add cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla, flavorings, or preservatives.

In this Trio, we showcase three singular origins that represent some of the wide spectrum of flavors that may be found in our bars: freshly fruity Maya Mountain, Belize; delicately herbaceous Zorzal Comunitario, Dominican Republic; and fudgy Camino Verde, Ecuador (our House Hot Chocolate). We encourage you to whisk up a cup of each with your preferred milk, and taste them side by side.

This set contains three 5.6-ounce bottles of hot chocolate mix (enough to make 12 servings).

A café FAVORITE SINCE OUR earliest days

quotation mark

I’m normally a coffee person and am very selective about hot chocolate. This is decadent and perfectly sweet hot chocolate, not to be missed.

This hot chocolate is the only one you will want moving forward.

A Reusable Bottle Designed by Remy Labesque

Nearly a decade ago, Remy Labesque (talented industrial designer and Dandelion friend) attended our Introduction to Chocolate class, and asked if there might be opportunities to collaborate. Over many months, he developed the concept for these corked glass bottles, and oversaw their production in Japan. We love how the bottles look in our kitchen — and hope you’ll find them to be functional, beautiful objects with many future uses.
