Susana and Isabel blend the delicate honey with our 70% Maya Mountain, Belize chocolate — known for its fragrant berry and floral notes — and accent the velvety ganache with creamy milk chocolate, and a warming touch of cardamom. The honey’s naturally buttery, floral character shines in the Truffles' fragrant ganache centers, creating a balanced, elegant bite.
