Our year in chocolate has been a journey across ten countries, shaped by genuine curiosity about each origin’s flavor potential.

From sorting beans, through exhaustive roast testing, to tempering and finally wrapping thousands of bars in gold foil and recycled fabric, this Collection is a record of our production and the partnerships behind it. Within this set, you'll savor ten distinctive bars spanning a broad flavor range: from the bright, tropical-fruit notes of Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania; to the deep, nutty creaminess of our beloved Tumaco, Colombia.

Our 2026 assortment honors both enduring relationships and new beginnings. We're proud to debut beans from Río Samaria, in the Cunduacán region of Tabasco, Mexico — a place long considered the cradle of cacao. We're also introducing our first bar made with beans from Chanthaburi, Thailand, marking the formal start of a partnership with our long-time friends at Thai Cacao Distribution.

Rounding out the Collection are two recent releases from our Tokyo factory — 70% Kpalimé, Togo, and 85% Semuliki Forest, Uganda, each a reflection of our Japan team’s detail-driven work. We hope you find something unexpected in every bar.
