Chocolate Banana Pudding Bonbons

WITH PETROVA CHOCOLATES IN BOSTON, MA

Boston’s Petrova Chocolates’ five-piece seasonal collaboration was inspired by Betty Petrova’s memories of Christmas in Bulgaria, where bananas were always a staple on her family’s holiday table — their comforting aroma a quiet marker of celebration. She infuses our classically chocolaty 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate with ripe bananas and nutty, caramelized brown butter to form a velvety ganache. Beneath the silky ganache lies a crunchy layer of spiced speculoos cookie praliné, adding warmth and texture reminiscent of her family’s favorite holiday desserts. Every Bonbon captures the cozy elegance of something both humble and indulgent.
