Named one of America’s most promising and talented hospitality leaders, founder Annie Rupani is a Houston, Texas-based chocolate artist who graduated from Boston University with a degree in anthropology and religion. She studied abroad in London and Amman, and traveled to Pakistan, Italy, Greece, Egypt, and China, then settled for a time in Malaysia, where she attended pastry school. We taste Annie’s love of the spices, flavors, and people of the world with each transformative chocolate bite.
