Chef Lisa first crafted this traditional, not-too-sweet butter toffee shortly after our Valencia Street café opened, and it’s been a guest favorite ever since. Dark, crunchy toffee is covered in our delicately fruity 70% Zorzal Comunitario, Dominican Republic chocolate; studded with nutty, toasted Zorzal Comunitario cocoa nibs to balance sweetness; and lightly sprinkled with sea salt for heightened flavor.
