These velvety truffles are identical except for one thing — their cocoa beans. Where those beans grow, and how they’re fermented and roasted, all influence the resulting chocolate. The five cocoa origins in this Collection taste profoundly different from one another, presenting you with a full spectrum of flavors. By adding cream and just a few carefully chosen ingredients, we celebrate the distinctive notes of each chocolate origin.

Taste them side-by-side. The Tumaco truffle, for example, has chocolatey almond notes, while the Maya Mountain truffle calls to mind strawberry cheesecake. It’s the same tasting journey we’ve been sharing with our single-origin chocolate bars for over 15 years — now in bonbon form.
