Trip Overview
Brazil is a large country with a flourishing chocolate scene. We’ll spend time with Vale Potumujú’s Tuta and Juliana (they grow and produce cocoa, and make their own bean-to-bar chocolate) and Arcelia Gallardo of the award-winning Mission Chocolate (she’s a former Dandelion maker). This trip is seven days, including arrival and departure days. It involves a lot of movement exploring Brazil’s varied landscape — we have much to see!
