A true taste of the Golden State, made with love for our Central Valley farmers: This five-piece seasonal collaboration with Northern California’s Ticket Chocolate showcases chewy, salty-sweet Caramels studded with buttery pistachios from Fiddyment Farms — among the first producers in our state to cultivate pistachios. Slow-cooked coconut-palm sugar lends the caramels a deep, dark complexity, while our mellow 70% House Blend chocolate adds balance and richness. Each piece is finished with a dusting of finely ground pistachio, echoing the nutty heart of this confection. Founders Tyler and Linda hope to remind people to savor time with family and friends and to find joy in life’s small, simple pleasures — like their memorable, artisanal chocolates.
