Ticket owners Tyler and Linda, inspired by a family recipe from former Better Than Brittle proprietor Capri Kelly, hand-craft their unique Brittle using freshly ground Hampton Farms peanut butter, crunchy Spanish peanuts, and a touch of salt, for a distinctly tender, crumbly bite — a delicate departure from brittle’s typical hard snap. 

Each bite recalls the buttery crunch of a beloved childhood candy bar, elevated with thoughtfully selected ingredients. Before enrobing Bonbons in Dandelion chocolate, the Ticket team hand-rolls and hand-cuts every piece of brittle, reflecting Ticket’s dedication to confectionery craft.
