When Kate Weiser moved to Dallas, she began embracing a new and challenging culinary medium: chocolate. Her culinary school education taught her how to temper chocolate, but she taught herself the science, nuance, and art of working with it through experimentation and practice. This passion culminated in the creation of Kate Weiser Chocolate in 2014, which quickly garnered attention for its artistic finishes and inventive flavors.
