Mostly Chocolate is a family-run confectionery rooted in Lebanese heritage, Houston hospitality, and a shared love for craft. What began as Rina’s memory of childhood sweets blossomed into a creative journey — first with her husband, David, then with their son, Dany. Trained by master chocolatiers (including HÅKAN Chocolatier) and guided by flavor, they create bonbons and confections that feel personal, joyful, and deeply considered. Every chocolate Mostly Chocolate makes is a celebration of story, memory, and artistry — meant to be shared, savored, and passed along.
