For an immersive, music-and-chocolate ode to San Francisco Ballet’s rendition of Tchaikovsky’s beloved holiday ballet, our Confections Team creates 28 Bonbons featuring seven enticing, dance-themed confection  varieties, inspired by Tchaikovsky’s composition and by SF Ballet’s unique choreography. Nicholas and Team conduct a symphony of flavors and textures — capturing and conveying the energy and elegance of dance, and the drama of Tchaikovsky’s score.

Each Collection includes a printed guide to enjoying the immersive experience, as well as a link to our dedicated listening page, which features audio snippets from the musical pieces celebrated in our Confections team’s creations.

A portion of the proceeds from every Nutcracker Bonbon Collection sold supports San Francisco Ballet's education and community-engagement programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where the joy of dance is shared through free classes, performances, and dance camps for Bay Area youth and families.

About San Francisco Ballet

San Francisco Ballet, long recognized for pushing boundaries in dance, has a history of making history. Founded in 1933, the company staged the first full-length American productions of Coppélia (1938) and Swan Lake (1940) and, in 1944, launched an annual holiday tradition with the first full-length production of Nutcracker in the U.S.

Led by Artistic Director Tamara Rojo, SF Ballet is accompanied by its own orchestra and operates one of the country’s most prestigious schools of ballet. Today SF Ballet builds on its heritage by commissioning groundbreaking dance from today’s top choreographers, by uncovering new choreographic talent, and by staging modern classics and the works that make up the canon of classical ballet. This approach defines ballet in the 21st century, and it makes San Francisco Ballet the essential place to see the most adventurous dance in America.
