Rich, fudgy 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate forms the base for all three mixes. Our classic House Hot Chocolate is creamy, subtly sweet, and deeply chocolatey. Crafted with a blend of holiday spices, our Gingerbread Hot Chocolate tastes like a celebration in a mug. Our new Peppermint Hot Chocolate Mix, melds 70% Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador chocolate with peppermint extract, yielding a fresh, smooth, holiday moment right at home.

To top things off, this festive set includes a generous portion of fluffy marshmallows from our long-time Bay Area collaborator, Ticket Chocolates. Each pillowy marshmallow is flecked with real vanilla bean, and enhanced with a hint of salt: a meltingly perfect garnish for your mug of hot chocolate.

A Reusable Bottle Designed by Remy Labesque

Nearly a decade ago, Remy Labesque (talented industrial designer and Dandelion friend) attended our Introduction to Chocolate class, and asked if there might be opportunities to collaborate. Over many months, he developed the concept for these corked glass bottles, and oversaw their production in Japan. We love how the bottles look in our kitchen — and hope you’ll find them to be functional, beautiful objects with many future uses.
