In our San Francisco factory, we make some of the best chocolate in the world, made with carefully sourced cocoa beans from many special origins. Each single-origin bar's profile is developed by our team through a rigorous process. The result is a wide difference in flavor across these two-ingredient bars; in a experience similar to wine or coffee.

In this set, we selected six bars for you to taste the wide variety of flavors present in single-origin chocolate.

We have found that good relationships are absolutely essential to procuring consistently good flavor. That’s why, year after year, we travel to each cocoa origin so we can work closely with the producers who grow, ferment, and dry the single-origin beans we source.
